NPC no TEXT

I know that this is a question that is asked a lot, and apologize for the repetitiveness, but when i edited my client and i put it new STB, the error with the NPC giving no text appears:



IS there a solution to this? Please reply.

I recall having this issue because of the Game-Guard patch, without client editing though, and that was fixed by just reinstalling it. Dunno if that helps or not...

What STB file did you replace?

i replaced the list-back.stb and the stl along with the zsc and added some .dds wing files

make sure you did not accidentally delete LIST_EVENT.STB
That is the stb that loads in all the CON files that run the speech options for the NPCs

Yea, the List_NPC is still in there. i dont know why its not working

I know a lot of people have had this problem because they are using Vista with some of the newer versions of NA Rose. Particularly since they went free to play.

I really don't see any way that the mods you did could cause this though.
