OsiRose vs Arcturus vs OspRose

Hi people. I'm working on a new server and i would like to know what is better and what the advantages are. And i've some questions.

Well, whats the difference between Pre-evo and iRose.
And what is better? Osi, Arc or Osp? What the advantages? What are the bugs of each server?

1 more thing: Arcturus, is this source released or something? Or how the hell do i edit it?
