Do you have the Apache service installed and have it automatically starting?

    Re: Please help!

Did you try a port test to see if port 80 was actually forwarded and working?
    Open Port Check Tool

If not recheck your router portforward, check if your firewall on the computer doesn't block it and check then if your ISP allows port 80.

    Re: Please help!

You might have a static IP.

    Try using No-ip. Or Dyndns

No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP
DynDNS.com - Free Domain Name, Managed DNS, Email Services

If you do have a static ip, no-ip will run on your computer and get the ip every time it changes and keep the domain updated with the static ip.

Then again this might not be the problem and i don't know whats causing it.
