Pls assist to web configuration

Hi Guys,

Appreciated for attending to my post. Kindly assist & enlighten me on my web configuration. I register for for an dynamic DNS at no-ip.com as

ie myrose.no-ip.info

I got my whole package of rose setup from this link & the server is running fine.:

My steps of configuration

1. Due to my port 80 was block by ISP, i change wamp apache server conf .default & conf.ini files port to 8080 instead of 80.
2. Im behind a router & my IP is 192.168.1.9 so i do a portforwarding of 8080 to 192.168.1.9.

When i type in h++p://myrose.no-ip.info:8080, i cant get access to the web.
Kindly advice me what steps i left out please. I have been trying for 4 days and i still coudnt find out what's wrong.
