Problem after running Rose Launcher, same thing if i run TRose, Help!

i followed this guide "[MEGA GUIDE] Rose Server Setup + Compiling + SQL & More" http://forum.ragezone.com/showthread.php?t=214355
I followed the guide, i turned on login.exe, char.exe and world.exe, i ran RoseLauncher, and clicked on play roseonline .and this error came up

i try to run Trose, same thing happens, yes i followed all the updates, yes i ran the trigger thing and set my screen stuff, and the wierd thing is, i ran normal Rose, and i can't start game. i ress start rose oinline in the normal launcher, it just freezes there!
Please help!

BTW i downloaded gameguard uppdate and RoseLauncher from the thread

Redownload + Reinstall the Client ;)

do i have to update to latest version still? because the time i didn't , my server worked, but something in chinise about server check poped up.

Update
Delete GameGuard Folder/Update
Uninstalling/Reinstalling.

You have the launcher.exe running in the background most likely. ALthough you may not see that it is running, it is, best bet is to restart your computer. It may fix the problem, if not then you will have to restart the client.
