Problem using dyeprye(w/e xD) arcturus rose cms

Umm, for some reason,i get a 500 internal error whenever i open localhost on the browser when i have those files in the htdocs of my xamp or in the www folder of wamp. Ive so far tried everything including search and i was wondering if anybody coul dhelp me out. Thanks.

Check if you have .htaccess in those foler, then make sure they're setup properly.

.htaccess? i do not have the file nor did it come wit the download. Where can i find it? Thanks in advance and tanks for reply

dubble check you'r configs , set up a folder called :
templates_c

Everything is correct. All i did was download the files, place them in my htdocs folder, open the config files and set everything. Then i tried to open website. Xamp was restarted, computer was restarted. I have no idea what is up....

The folder templates_c was left untouched and the way it was when i downloaded the website

ok now try going to
C:\WINDOWS\php.ini

and look for
;extension=php_pdo_mssql.dll
change to
extension=php_pdo_mssql.dll

(remove that ";")

and restart xamp

hmm there does not seem to be a php.ini in the WINDOWS fold

if u mean the php.ini file in the php folder of xamp then yes i did what you said to do already

uh ummm
well i'm using appserv
so don't know where's that file located in xamp
just try in you'r php.ini

anyways , this error heppend to me to , unfortunately i forgot how to fix it :(

Well, there is just a very general error when i open the site. It says exactly : "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". This is when the option for user friendly error messages is checked in the internet options. If its not checked than i just get a blank page with nothing going on at all. Its just white.

it heppend to me to , the thing is , i kinda forgot how to fix it
i just went over the index.php
and config.php
and some files inside libs/

try because this site works

errr. wait not turns out it still doesnt work i get a diff error now

that exactly what i told you to do
open php.ini
search for that line
and delete the ';'
and restart xamp or w/e you use

in appserv the file located in
C:\WINDOWS\php.ini

the reason why you are doing this is:
any web server does not support mssql .
if you want it to support mssql , you have to delete the " ; " .
