Progam problems?!

Hey, my server works and i have like 7 online a day, but my friend can't get in my server.

Its because when he opens my launcher (as admin) just nothing happens, we hear the music of the intro (Gravity part) but nothing just starts, whats wrong?

-We installed AND Updated Roseonline
-We Placed my Launcher & The iconfig part in the map.
-Everyone else can play without any problems,


Anything i gotta change?
