Question about OsIrose and Arcturus

Hi guys,

I am quite a beginner in rose server development, and a friend of mine and I want to create a new Irose server.
I wonder if OsIrose and Arcturus both let you do that.
If yes, what is the difference between both ?

Arcturus are not evo but irose and much more um stable and harder to setup.
