[Question] Refined items dont glow

Can someone tell me why my refined items don't glow? I have tried refining from 1-9, and I can't seem to get them to glow in my client. I am using Arcturus server files, and a highly modified private client. I am not sure where to start to look to fix this problem, and am not even sure it is something I can fix. I have made sure that my client is set to the highest visual quality settings, and no items visually show any refine status.

You refine item via npc or by command? If using command, please post the command that you use. Please explain extractly what you did.

Buy a new graphics card and check your Options.. get the quality to max

I used the command /set grade 4 4, and I have a new graphics card in my computer. I can get the glow to work online, but not in my offline server. I am using Arcturus server.

Would that 'highly modified private client' also happen to have highly modified EFT files?

If I can log into a game online, and see my items refined, how would it differ offline? Are EFT files server sided? It makes no sence to me why I can't see my refined glow. Can anybody help?

Heh, it's always online, there's no such thing as offline with a Rose pserver. EFT files, or Effect files are CLIENT sided. Hence the asking if your 'highly modified client' included highly modified EFT files. If you screw some of those up, some effects won't work, included in there is item glow. Check those in the VFS.
