NPC still crash ..
Disassemble is a common basic skill in evolution, not a crafting skill - all classes have it from lvl 1...
NPCS work completely fine and i have noticed a problem in my server, that the guy that hands out Indentifications for your 1st class job, he doesn't hand one out, and when you try to get to Junonpolis from Anima lake, you get sent to eldeon.. just something to maybe work on :)
That means you don't have the most current version of the NPC list.
I fixed one up that has all the NPCs on it (things like quests are still to come, doesn't mean they will give you a ID) ;-)
DO a search under my id for the latest version of the NPCs & Telegates, both are currently the most up to date.
I will be posting a newer more up to date version of both files soon.
