Yes I have a job changer script but it's that every1 on your site can access the page where you can change job
I implanted it in RoseOnlineCMS v1.5

yep. next release includes administration where admins can see browse/all chars. can delete/ban/unban chars/accounts. and users can change thier job but with a fee. fee can be set in the config file.. and more secure.
