in the version that is currently released:

NPCS - 0%
Job Changer - 0%
Mobs - 10% (they are just attackable)
Skills - 0% (no way to get them other than editing the source)
Classes - 0%
Maps - 50% (some portals are not working)

stuff is already being worked on, but its impossible to write down percentages (even those i posted above are nothing but vague presumptions).
your best bet is to wait for an actual progress or release post of one of the main coders

Right now the main thing we are working on, is a stable server. Exp tables have been added, spawn points, world maps, warp portals, some monster info, and some monster ai.

It is going to be a while before there is a release, as there is much work to be done still.
