Ok well i need a luancher for my server and i want it to look the same as the real rose launcher Does anyone know where i can get the source so i can add my ip and header then compile and use?

And no, I don't think there's a source floating around. You can always hex edit "ROSEonline.exe" to your IP, but it will continue to update to the official. Unless you stop it from updating (IE: Route it to a different location).

How did you edit the top bar (with the minimize, exit button)?

To edit the top bar in Visual Basic there is a section in Form Properties in FormBorderStyle you can select FixedToolWindow the square frame with just the exit button or FixedSingle for a normal window.
