Rose online problems.

Hello, I believe this is my first post. Sorry that my first post is a question. Anyways I would like to know why there are no npc's or items around and i've browsed the last few pages trying to find something I can understand but none of it I fully understand or really understand at all (Yes I am a noob to this but I just want to play offline by myself ._.). I'm using Rose online Evolution with eRose. If you could help me or give me some tips/info it would be gladly apperciated.


Ps: I have tried the method where you copy and paste the folder but it hasn't seemed to fix it..
