My guess is that i saved it wrong, as all the unediteded skins show good

dont mind the icons, i stil need to place the new ones in the client, i just wanted to see my added neo cg weps...

Solved
the problem was not in de DDS it self but in de ZSC
i have the ZSC editor by geobot
and in tab dds at unknowns the last 2 need to be set at 1
