Once you have wamp installed go to your wamp folder in your wamp folder there will be another folder called "WWW" thats the folder your CMS or rose website will go into make sure you delete everything in that folder before you put your rose website in there

Thanks, but now I have another problem.

When people go to my WANIP it says forbidden, you do not have access.

    Re: Setting website with WAMP

I have MYSQL installed, WAMPP installed and all services are running. Everything on site is running.

It just won't let people see if because they do not have access. My port 80 is already forwarded.

And, how can I use adminCP on site?

    What do you mean?

I checked my account name on the database and it's correct. When I go try it on the adminCP it says it does not exist. Any idea here, or does the adminCP account differ from database?

no its the same you should be able to login if you have the right user name and pass and if your access lvl is 300. but make sure on the config. php you have the right database name (roseon) the username (probably urs is root) and the password (if you used one) and also the host (probably localhost)
