    I have no idea about the values, if I don't have the exe.
    also you could just look for the text in the exe.

    526F73654F6E6C696E65 for RoseOnline. (it will come up with 2 results, not sure which it is though, editing both should not be of any problems for your client)
    and the Version is in you idx file.
    You can update that using hex.
    (since I was only able to find Version : and not the part after it)
