wat is my mistake

i has intalled all good i mean ** i run loginserver(good) charserver (good) worldserver(load mysql files and then " isc comunication finished" the image is in attachements thanks

upss,,, i open the port 29000 29100 29200 and fail pls i want to know wat is my mistake thanks for ur help
so i try to open with the launcher ando dont works in launcher i was used 127.0.0.1--my lanip---and my serverip-- with any ip works pls tell me my mistake thanks the files .conf are up tyvm
