Wah! posting everywhere now....
What do you use to connect to your mysql database? Navicat? phpMyAdmin? SQLyog?
What username and password did you use when you were installing the SQL serveR?
How did you start your loginserver, charserver & worldserver? Aren't they use the same
username and password to connect to your mysql server?
Did you edit your web cms config(config.php) which can be found inside a folder "_inc"?

I am using Navicat.
I use the same password and username at the loginserver, charserver and worldserver and MySQL and navicat.
But the site keeps saying that it can't connect to MySQL...

I'm sorry...did u mention anything about editing the config.php file?
I guess u did not..So I guess there's your problem..solved.

I think you have filled it in the wrong way.

That's wrong. You need to fill it in the ' '.

So:
$cms['db']['host'] = 'localhost';
$cms['db']['user'] = 'root';
$cms['db']['pass'] = 'your very secret password :O';
$cms['db']['name'] = 'roseon';

and so on.
