    Believe it or not it has to be changed in the BugGUARD.dll...In mine at line 2df70 it starts with Welcome to mysite.

    It isn't so complicated. You should just understand what a DLL file is , which stands for dynamic link library.These files contain coding elements that are used by other programs. In order to successfully edit DLL files, you'll need to know specifically what programs go with what files. So in this case , it's best for you to use .Net Reflector , it's simple and fast.
