What is Arcturus and is osiRose better?

Well, can someone explain what it is? looks like an emulator to me, but I don't want to go through the rather lengthy process of setting it up if it's crap and/or just like osiRose.

That's another thing, is it better than osiRose? And, are you able to use aura/ruff rose client with it (No, i'm not stealing if I do it, I simply want all the content in them for SINGLE PLAYER play =.= )

Arcturus are the REAL server files, not an emulator like OsiRose is, and that means they're virtually bug free and better than OsiRose, but harder to manage.

arcturus = full irose server (closed source) require ASM/DLL injection/debugging knowledge for changing in core/gameplay) out of box (full db).

osiRose = emulator (open source code server. require C++ knowledge to fix bug and changing core/gameplay), Its based on arcturus, you have to figure out what works and what not and its come with bugs. (empty db) - It seems there is almost no progress in this project

ORO is only a map (optional), you need to know more about rose file format and editing rose clienting to add it.
