why i cant login to server?

i got follow the guide but still cant login
when i login will stuck at "Connecting to Server" and come out this error

Char Server

[INFO]: User disconnected

i'm using rose_109_109_na_evo
Or Is the client problems, but i didn't has update the client? :sweatdrop

i think you updated you're client you need to repair it and then start it !! don't update it!!
