World server crash aka libmySQL.dll crash (fix?)

A few people including me still don't know how to get around this problem, I did a few searches, none of the solutions really worked..

Anyone got any ideas?

download another server version and use the libmysql.dll from that one ?

Im having that exact same problem, ive tried changing the dll file etc, but it still crashes and im definately running and up to date xp pro...
