I had to Reinstall my Os..so i had to redo my Sql and now io get this error

I get that every time i try to log in threw mt winIp
And When i connect thre 127.0.0.1 it works. But when i try my Ip i get that Fatal error

Lol, there is no problem with that. Are you able to connect to the server? if not, then go to the .conf files and look in there.
