Xampp localhost webpage i need help
MY WEBPAGE WORKING AT LOCALHOST BUT I WANT USE FREE DOMAIN NAME

first thing you need to do is stop typing in over sized capitols. It won't get your posts answered any quicker or better so pleas stop doing it.
next you should find out what your WAN IP is then go to a site such as no-ip.com and register for a free domain name. Set the redirect to your WAN ip so that whenever anybody types in your free domain name they get redirected to your WAN ip.
next if you have a router then you need to forward your internet port to the computer that has the website (this is typically port 20 or 21) You also need to make sure your server computer has a fixed LAN ip. you can set this from your control panel but the method varies with different operating systems.
Loacalhost is just an acronym for the ip address 127.1.1.1 which is INTERNAL to your PC. Even other PCs on your LAN cannot see this so it is impossible to give localhost access over the internet unless you use some kind of program that gives someone else control over your computer (team viewer or remote desktop)
Once you have your domain redirected and your ports forwarded, everybody on the internet will have access to your web site
the easiest way to broadcast your server when you using router is by using VPN such as hamachi

but basicly (aspecially an amateur like me), using VPN mcuh easier without worried can not broadcast the private server because my server behind a routers which some time some amateur (once again like me), hard to do port forwarding, because it has more then one router in the network.

actually you just copy paste the CMS files into htdocs folder inside Xampp instalation folder.
for example you download Arcturus rose, you extract it with the folder name rosecp, copy all folder rosecp into "xampp/htdocs".
after that you just need to modify your CMS configuration by changing like user "sa", sa "password" and your IP.

Sorry but I'm with perrin on this.
only use Hamachi if you don't care that every player has complete access to your entire server computer. If the computer is on a network they can also get into that and mess with every computer you own. Since hamachi tunnels through firewalls and other protection devices it is a hackers dream come true.
I've tested this quite thoroughly with a couple of amateur hackers that i know. We could find no way to make teh server computer completely secure against anyone who is on your hamachi network.
You are also limited to 10 connections with the hamachi free version and 256 with the paid version.
What use is that?
port forwarding is the easiest thing ever. There are a load of tutorials on it.
All you have to do is set your computer with a fixed IP address within your LAN and then open the router control panel and forward all incoming traffic over ports 29000, 29100, 29200, 20 and 21 to the fixed IP of your server. Save the config and you are done.
