Most rose sites are running xxamp.
XXAMP Uses APACHE 2.2.14 , Which is highly exploitable..Which puts your server at REALLY high risk ..

We all know about it Dah?!
If you want to set up something more secure look around for paid stuff...
The reason why most of the Rose Online hosts use xampp is because it's easy to use not much to set-up and such :)
I use it in my guide because it's easy for people who just started ;)
