The Phoenix Emulator (which have nothing to do with HOAX) is being developed with types corresponding to the client game engine, which is a 32bit unsigned integer for amount of items.
Money is just a "special item". So in the end you won't be able to use 64bit money, as it wouldn't be platform compatible, and it would require a rewrite of the game engine.
Implement a multi-currency money system instead, such as gold, silver, cobber.
Change geons to be cobber, and then say you got gold and silver in your bags, and with a click or a talk to a Bank npc, you can change it into the right amount of cobber.
Easy solution imo.
-.- just use a bigint instead of int?
BjornVH read up :p
bigint is not a C++ type anyway.
