You don't open the files, you put them in the "stdplugs" folder of your 3ds max install.

I unfortunately get these errors when loading the plugins:

I thought maybe this has to do with whether 3DS Max was installed in 32 or 64 bit, but I did install in 64 bits so I'm not sure what to do now.
Any idea?

EDIT: nvm, I installed version 2020 and it worked with this one...
