i've tryed to edit updater.exe, try a program called reshack, at the end of the options u can see there is some info about the updater location, i will show u, i've compared it to tantra extreme's update.exe and something has changed, i think this are just some details of the updater but they might be important.....

try the Dissembler Programs , Or Try To Open It With UltraEdit The IP Of The Update.exe Is

you can only see the link using disassembler...
using ultraedit..you cannot see it.....
the unpacked version of the exe...yes you can use the ultraedit

i already fixed the updater, its simple use the hexeditor just seek for the links on that have of tantra extreme, one is http://tantra-extreme.com/patche thats the route in where the source files of the updater are, thats why it updates eventhought u dont have any other files, in that part u can se how is the file structure..... its really easy....

if its too hard to do the updater stuff i will post a guide just lead me know here if u need one 100% shure mine is already working.
im willing to share any other progress i've made!!!!
but now i need help with the tantra params plss if anyone has server and client params with working potions and everithing i dont expect it to be complete i just want to use the amara sets and weapons without bugs, im doing this cause i like to play alone and im just doing it fo myself, everytime i try to fix them i end up messing them worst and they never work, plss help.

another problem i have is that ow im runing the zone 23 but i have no way of getting there cause in gm tools it doessent appears, and i dont have the portal in byru....

funny...why does T-E point huge forge as zone 22 not 23..we cannot rely on PH...they disable the portal....

you need to edit your gmtool param...since you update your client and server param..you must also update it...

thanks for the help contigo, thanks to you now i can run zone23, just have to add the portal to byru, anyone know how to do that????
and another thing, enybody knows how to start the client without the +v3goodluck cuz i have now the updater runing but when i run the game it starts until the loging screen but when i put my username and password nothing happends it doesent goes on, i guess i have to mod the serverlist.bin but how do i edit that .bin file to put my ip on it??????, if im wrong then how can i do that??????

just copy the serverlist.bin and serverlist.txt from dbsrv folder after you run dbsrv.exe.....OK since you manage to edit the tantra.exe and update.exe...the files it will get must be your current client files..so nothing will change...
to add/edit portal...you must edit table #6 of tantraparam.tpa...

To bypass current version of Tantra Extreme client, just delete NGuard.dll file and use this BugslayerUtil.dll:

you have to use the same amount of characters, for example http://www.tantra-extreme.com/patche, this are 36 characters that means that if u change to a shorter one u have to fill the rest of the spaces with 00 in the hex part that will be shown as (.), and i guess u cant use a extension that is longer than that cuz u will mess up the program structure....good luck

to fix ur problem u just have to clear the list of files to update cuz they are not the same as the ones ure using and u have to create the complete folder stucture, that error means it didnt found the file in the location it has to be int the pc
