that i do not know but, you can ask hetero or look for it in the forums

level limit in every zone is on the tantraparam, under portal sheet column dwZoneLevel, i hope its help you.

are you speaking of the max level for characters? if so that is also something for hetero to answer.

if max level of that character i don't know that yet, but if saying about zone restricted levels, its on the param.
