about auto update

i can make all update good ... but i can`t make update for HTLauncher ... any help ?!

Same problem. Can't make HTLauncher part of the update. It is in the patch folder and in the updatelist.dat file but, will not download it. Is there something missing in this step? Thanks guys.

and that explains what? nothing cuz we are trying to use the update.exe file to download the files necessary. like an encrypted and compressed htlauncher which includes the param that can be updated using the update.exe bro. sorry for sounding rude.

there is no problem it is encrypted or not .. remember auto update just only use to update the file on our client

so that updater just download the file on server in zip format and extract it to client

read updatelist.dat and you can find what i mean

and how to bypass htlauncher "you must start with tantra.exe" give a parameter when you execute the htlauncher (hetero have explained this)

example
6.1.2.3 version (just write random version)

you just

call htlauncher.exe 6.1.2.3

yes i already understood that but, when using the autopatch v2.0 it compresses everything alright but, it will not download the HTLauncher.exe file only the other files like in the system folder. This is an issue since the param is now part of the launcher so I was wondering if there was a way around this?

again it is added to the updatelist.dat file but, will NOT download it bro

it downloads all other files just fine in the other folders. just not the htlauncher.exe in the mail folder. it is correctly placed and correctly setup according to the the autopatch v2 but, it will not download it regardless whether it is zip format or not.

edit: put all patch including your htlauncher in zip format on same folder
