about this bug [HELP]

when creating a character [Yaksa only] then when i got the wings , mantra shield, mantra skin, Heal theres no effect in the character and no icons at the top..but when i create a character [Yaksa] in GM tool the effect of the skills are there... what the problem and how to fix this bug.. thanks in advance
