sir, i already have , website but i don't know how it works because when i registered, there was no message to confirm email...

Then the best thing you can do is to Google SMTP with php. Just because you have the script doesn't mean it will work automatically. Google will be your best friend when it comes to learning but, always expecting everyone to do it for you will never teach you anything.
