animation and dds files

is there any existing softwares use to open .tmb files?

i found a thread about opening .tmb files using blender
with tmb_exporter script. but the script has some errors.

is there someone can share some knowledge about editing .tmb files
?

To make things easier
You can use either
1. Paint.Net
2. Photoshop with dds plugin

If you use Paint.net and edit it in PS

1. Open dds file in Paint.net
2. Save the dds file in .jpeg format
3. Open the saved image with photoshop
4. edit the image
5. Save again your file in .jpeg format
6. To save : Click File>Save Images for Web & Devices
Click Ok
7. Open again the image in Paint.net
8. And Save it back to .dds format
9. Thats all

and where in tantra folder i can find the wings file? or the hpk file tantra?

you can edit it in fxPCTexture , convert first the .hpk file, find wing .tga and edit it via paint.net and convert it back to .hpk file

you can use blender 2.4.2 and python 2.5.2 to open .tmb files
and find tmb_import.py script , but i think no one had shared tmb exporter yet
