Binding failed error encounter after upgrading...

this error appeared after upgrading my pc and changing the OS from winXPSP3 32bit to winXP 64bit SP2. or something happened to the file?

previous OS it is working properly. I just have a problem using the 3 skillbar. but after upgrading the OS, everything appeared that way. mind you guys helping me out what happened please?

By the way, only MSGSRV.EXE has the binding failed error.

Brief description about that error:

I was using Windows XP SP3 way back then. The offline server is working properly... been posting a lot about it. But since i need to try the paroksya (zone33), I need an 8GB RAM. so I upgrade the unit to windows XP 64bit because the 32bit only supports up to 4GB RAM. Now the MSGSRV.EXE has a "binding failed" screen whereas I didn't change the IP, neither the settings.

The funny thing is that, I brought the Server files to another PC, winxp sp3 32bit 2GB RAM... and it did work fine. Now I think the windows XP 64bit does not support the application. so i should be going back to the old times. Very slow PC hayyssst.
