Boo Boo made after move to new host

Hello people.

Ok people il try to keep this short. Ive moved host company in Germany to a host in the USA.

All my working files were backed up and placed on new host.

Set up of files proceeded with no problems or errors host server logs show no errors what so ever anywhere,
Sql running no errors, game server running no errors in any logs including all dbs and zone 1,6.
Xampp and apache running with no errors in logs , website working no errors in logs.

Registration for accounts works, no errors and account created ,account is shown in sql db, Tad also shows in db account.

client is working and patches from server, client can login with no prob server selection is successful.

How ever at character creation I can choose a char create a name adjust stats but at clicking ok a Error message say connection to server failed.

Ive checked sql logs and obdc, checked all php files for correct paths etc. no logs show a error.

all paths to sql,sa and pass are correct in all php and configs, correct paths to server accounts are correct, path to ,com is correct , client configs also correct.

Any ideas people were to look next for why its disconnecting on char creation please.

ok a little addition....ive been told by a pm that this is possibly a client issue..could any one please verify or back it up as the client has not been altered since my server run in Germany..client points to my .com and not an ip..

Ok people.

Finally sorted this 1 out.....I ended up deleting the Tantra database as this seemed to be causing the problems..i had tried several times to over write it with my back up but it just kept corrupting.

New Tantra database made and every thing now works as it should do.


I must say I am disappointed with the community here now, as plenty of people read this original post but no one bothered to make a suggestion.
