I tried this IP loobback mate but it didn't work. To some does work. But I suggest use a loal IP.

Something Like 192.168.100.254 or any IP that starts with 192.168...

Use "http" to search in STTANTRA.EXE or if you do insist to use a loopback IP, use tantra offline K4 by jodietiger (Cyndicate)
