most likely the issue is that the file needs to be named itemserver, ItemServer, Itemserver or whatever the error is saying. also make sure that it says X.X.X.X 7514 in the itemserver.txt file. X.X.X.X = your server ip address.

inside your zone1 folder look for the text file and see what the name of it is if it is anything but, ITEM-SERVER then change it. once that is done i want you to look into your logs of your itemserver folder. tell me if it gives you an error connecting to TantraBackup00 k but, only look in the most recent log
if you are still confused change the name of the itemserver.txt to ITEM-SERVER.txt k?
thanks its fix now. I rename the itemserver.txt to ItEm-SeRvEr.txt
can you please open your itemserver folder and tell me what the most recent log says? i am looking to see if it is having a problem finding TantraBackup to see if i can help you with this problem if you are having one.
i'm using k4 client, in my k5 it has many logs, error logs have 120+mb. the other logs says " 121021 220123 -system start log "
delete all logs and restart itemsrv.exe and tell me what the first log says.
