Caste all stuck at waisya 1

hello once again tantra masters, can anybody help me please regarding this error...caste is not updated still stuck at waisya I. any idea how work this thing out?

SUBST Q: C:\server\Share
subst G: C:\server\DBSRV\guild
subst R: C:\server\current_user
SUBST K: C:\server\SQLDAEMON\Rank

if you have problem with subst from command prompt, just download visual subst

I dont use SUBST but my MP does not stuck at waisya 1 I dont know why...i have a char that is already sudra 3...
