i believe it has no use in k4 unless you use 3.8.0.0 htlauncher

lol CHATSRV is for k5. If you use 3.8.0.0 HTLAuncher, then you will see it using hex code that it searches for CHATSRV.EXE but then there is no mailbox on k4 so what is the use then?
