just download Tantra ROM and extract the files yourself. That is the simplest way to do it. But, it requires you have hpk2files.exe in order to extract the files. Search the forums for more answers.
Just like jbeitz107 said, you need to extract it. DOwnload the file , if the files are already encrypted on .exe then use .ollydb to unpack those files
