Disable Rupiah Drop/Dropping in Zone 10

Just Follow what terrified said .
settings.mdb -> alllist table -> id 35 make it to zero and restart server.

Do I have to modify Zone 10 only or all zones? because I already modified Zone 10's settings.mdb (Data folder) and restarted the server but nothing happens.
