how to edit the zoom out view on the client side?

regarding eagle eye, maybe this will be you looking at.?


You must go to your client file, then click system
after that, find HTStartup open it via notepad.

you just need to edit this,

[CAMERA]
near=5.0
fov=95.91 <----- you may change it, below 90? or 80
positionX=-100.0
positionY=100.0
positionZ=-100.0
updatecam=true
grassalphaarea=100.0
camspeed=250.0 <---- cam speed try 5
