yeah some has them, specially people who use to work for amped or other official tantra online and people has contact with me. txl converter you just have to click buttons for param (server/client) if you have other xml like htmessage just click it locate your htmessage.xml then it will provide you .txl but htsetting is not working you should just look for it as separate converter

wish someone has that tools to make it easy for us in debuging param of other tantra client and server
