Exp in Party leveling?

Can any one help me with this? Any Suggestion? If Solo i get 43k exp when in party i get have of that the more you have party mates the more exp decrease :( what should i do???.. Base on my observation in other Server if you have party the EXP will increase.. Right?? So how i fix this problem? HELP please ... Im a Newbie :D Sorry for the bad english
