could you explain a little more please as screen shot does not show the problem.

Does the quest complete ? are you killing Libertine in a party or solo ?. If killed in party is the quest clear in quest log ?. have you returned and spoken to npc before talking to the elder.???

im with a party killing libertine and after that we kill libertine there just nothing happens , please help . yes i have spoken to npc before killing libertine .

you did not do the quest completely. you go to wanngdaoppo and get the quest. after thet, form a party in mandara. go kill libertine. the quest button should blink. if not you did not do anything.
