for some reasons, this kind of error the easiest one. you did not follow the odbc setup instructions. it is said that you connect on an odbc connection to your mssql database using a direct connection or using "sa" as multi connection access. delete your odbc connection and create again.

@ Terrified Sir where should i point it ? to Tantra ? or UserLogin ? , i created SQLDEAMON and Tantra Database and point it to my sql server and then still cant connect . ? please help me step by step thank you :D

you should be creating Tantra, User, BILLCONN in your ODBC. sql daemon points to Tantra Schema and updates the GMInfo00 table. If you have incorrectly or did not create the odbc, your SQLDAEMON.exe would not work. (Illegal operation).
