[HELP] Client File can`t connect to my offline server

Please help me, I try to make offline server.
I use server file from Mr. Heterojeneo & client file from TantraPH.
All my server file (DBSRV, MSGSRV, SQLDAEMON, ITMSRV, GMTool, ZoneSRV) is running well, but my client file can`t connect to my offline server.
I have been change serverlist.txt, HTMessage.xml, HTLauncher.exe & config.php to my offline server IP address but my client still connect to online server Tantra PH.

What should i do to fix my problem ... ???

I have edited STTantra using CFF Explorer and inject my offline server IP but it still not work.
Please show me the way to fix this problem.

Make sure you have the firewall ports opened for your server as well as your client
