Help on my k4 offline server.

Hi, good day to you all.
Im still a newbie in making my offline tantra.
Here is a list of what i need to know and i need help from you guys. Please.

1. I would like to edit the size of the weapon and edit it using photoshop cs5, is that possible? Can you tell me what file
Im going to open? I saw this itemtex.hpk and itemtex2.hpk and i extract it to dds files
And saw pictures of weapons but i dont know yet how to convert to tmb and how to add that plugin in photoshop.
If i may able to edit it after editing should i also touch for exmaple the "itemtex.xml" before saving it into hpk files?

2. I also downloaded DDS utilities but i dont know how to deal with this since its a commmand prompt and please tell me
whats the use of this software and how to use it.

3. I would like to add some items from other server to my offline tantra, how can i do that? can you please tell me the exact
way yo do it. A full instruction would be great.

4. What is the connection of the ClientRes and the tantraparam?
How does ClientRes work in tantra? whats does it do inside the game?
If i have to edit/update Tantraparam, do i have to edit/update also the clientres?

5. Is there a way to convert my ClientRes.txl to xml? Ive tried to convert it using fxPC2CSV but it didnt work only fxPC.txl
is applicable to it.


Maybe thats all i just need to know for now.

you can extract txl to xml.. but you need it to compile because it only give a csv format.. txl -> csv, then compile it to xml..

hello bro, thanks for the reply. now my problem is how am i able to do or make a new offhand weapon?
please guide me with this. my friend says that the other way for me to make an offhand weapon is to replace some offhand with the weapon i like and i need to search the icon and id for both items. i dont know how where to find the dds file.
