After much work I could set the event NPC 10388 in Mandara, everything works fine, but the problem arises when I in exchange for items, I removed my NPC items, but does not give me the reward, if someone already had this problem and could solve, I would appreciate being told they did.

El problema es el siguiente:

Despues de mucho trabajar pude configurar el evento 10388 en el NPC de Mandara, todo trabaja muy bien, pero el problema se presenta cuando hago en canje de items, el NPC me retira mis items, pero no me da la recompensa; si alguien ya tuvo este problema y lo pudo resolver, les agradeceria que me dijeran como lo hicieron.
